We are excited to introduce our new Work Anniversary Bonus to recognize and reward dedication, consistency, and commitment to excellent care. This program is designed to honor the employees who continue to serve our residents and strengthen our team every day.

Team members who are employed at the facility as of 4/15/2026 and remain actively employed on 4/15/2027 will be eligible for this special bonus.

‍New hires who join between 4/15/2026 and 9/1/2026 will receive the bonus on their one-year work anniversary, provided they remain actively employed.

All rewards will be paid in six equal installments in the subsequent payroll cycles following the anniversary date.
